A New Chapter with Israel Oil & Gas Fund
In July 2016, the Israel Oil & Gas Fund LP, controlled by Dudi Wiessman, acquired 100% of Sonol’s shares, ushering in a period of renewal and modernization.

Today, Sonol operates over 230 public fueling stations across Israel, with 187 managed by its subsidiary, Sprint. The company has embraced digital transformation, implementing computerized systems for fleet fueling, known as Sonol Dalkan, which enhances efficiency and customer convenience.
